Job Description
* Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, including inventory and shipment tracking.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any logistical issues.
* Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment on supply chain requirements.
* Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management tasks.
* Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making.
* Assist in the implementation of process improvements within the supply chain.
* Handle general administrative tasks to support the supply chain and business operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Supply Chain Administrator should have:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using supply chain or inventory management software.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
* Basic understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
* Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
