Job Description
Litigation Trainee Opportunity (to commence September 25)
We are seeking a trainee solicitor for our Wickford office (to be based at one of our other offices on qualification) who has a strong preference to be trained in disputes and litigation.
It is envisaged your training will be weighted in the litigation department and whilst in that department you will be working directly alongside our Head of Department, Jennifer Hardy (Equity Partner).
We have a strong record of training and retaining solicitors. Over a third of our qualified solicitors trained at the firm.
Requirements
* Law degree or GDL
* Completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and/or Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). Many of our trainees undertake these courses concurrently with their training contracts.
* A strong academic background.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to pursuing a career in law, with a passion for continuous learning and development.
