We have implemented an in-house, paid AssocRICS training programme that offers structured training and support throughout your employment. Our approach combines technical training with practical, on-the-job experience, including shadowing experienced Surveyors and participating in classroom sessions.
Our training integrates classroom learning with regular assessments and practical exposure, aiming to equip Trainees with the skills for a successful career as a Valuation Surveyor.

To qualify as a Trainee AssocRICS Surveyor, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
1. An RICS-accredited surveying related degree (graduate or postgraduate), including modules in valuation or building surveying with a pathology component, and at least one year of property-related work experience.
2. An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, with two or more years of property-related work experience in estate agency or a surveying/valuation discipline.
3. A minimum of 4 years' property-related work experience at negotiator level or higher in estate agency, or equivalent experience in asset management, LPA department, or property management involving caseload handling and decision-making in property matters.
