Office Manager / Executive Assistant

Location: Catcliffe, Rotherham Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday Contract: Office‑based (no hybrid) Benefits: Free parking, pension, and additional company perks

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join a successful and growing business in Catcliffe. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a busy, hands‑on environment and enjoys being the organisational backbone of a company.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office while providing high‑level executive support. Duties include:

Managing day‑to‑day office operations

*

Providing EA support to senior leadership

*

Coordinating diaries, meetings, and travel

*

Preparing reports, documents, and correspondence

*

Acting as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors

*

Supporting HR, finance, and general administration

*

Maintaining an organised, efficient, and welcoming office environment

About You

To be considered, you must have:

*

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Office Manager, PA/EA, or senior administrative role

*

UK citizenship

*

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

*

Confident communication skills at all levels

*

The ability to multitask, prioritise, and work proactively

*

A professional, adaptable, and solutions‑focused approach

*

Experience working in a fully office‑based environment
