What We Offer:

Salary - From £12.21 + Unsociable hours enhancements.
Permanent: Various shift patterns (ranging from part time to full time, working 12 - 35 hours per week) are available to suit different preferences and operational needs. Please refer to the attached rotas for full details on scheduling options, including day and night shifts.
You must be able to commit to training for 6 weeks, 4 weeks 9am-5pm Monday - Friday. 2 weeks a variety of daytime, evening and weekend shifts to be agreed in Training.

Main duties of the job
Your Role:
First Contact: Manage urgent and non-urgent cases, providing essential medical advice.
NHS Pathways Software: Assess patients conditions and direct them to the appropriate healthcare professional or service.
Advanced Training: Use your advanced listening and probing skills to ensure every patient receives clear advice and is signposted correctly.
Please note that training is for 6 weeks, 9am-5pm regardless of contracted hours.
