Job Description
Tech Stack - 3 Mandatory Skills:
* Supply Chain - Procure to Pay system in Retail/Hospitality
* Oracle Fusion (Including environment setup)
* Micros/Symphony POS systems
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect – Supply Chain Systems focusing on end-to-end solution architecture for a large program to integrate POS system (Simphony) with Finance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, integration design, and industry knowledge in hospitality/retail.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop overall solution architecture for large hospitality/retail programs, including POS (Simphony/others), Finance, HR, PMS (Opera).
* Create High-Level Design (HLD) & Low-Level Design (LLD).
* Design interfaces for data exchange between Fusion and third-party systems.
* Conduct regular reviews and sign-offs with client Principal Architect & Architecture Forums.
* Develop detailed technical specifications, data flow/mapping, and integration plans for finance, invoicing, and ordering systems.
* Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and vendors for seamless integration.
* Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and process flows.
* Manage transition states where old and new POS solutions coexist.
* Troubleshoot complex issues and propose solutions.
* Experience with POS solutions and integration with finance systems.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
* 10+ years in solution architecture, preferably in hospitality or retail industry.
* Experience with SCM integrations & implementations.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Skills
* TOGAF or similar certifications.
* Proficiency in supply chain & Procure to Pay workflows.
* Knowledge of API integrations and end-to-end data flow design.
* Experience designing scalable systems.
* Ability to develop solution and integration design documents for review.
* Understanding of hospitality industry standards and compliance.
