Park time Self-Employed Property Inspection Clerk (Mid-Term Inspections)
Location: Poole and surrounding areas

Working Pattern: Flexible, self-employed role — must be available on approximately 5 calendar days per month (typical inspection window approx. 9:30am – 2:00pm). Clerk can choose working days subject to booking schedule.
Pay: Paid per completed report (approx. £400 per month initially, with opportunity to increase as workload grows)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused self-employed Property Inspection Clerk to carry out mid-term tenancy inspections across residential properties in Poole and surrounding areas.
This is a long-term opportunity within a growing property reporting & compliance business. We are looking for someone interested in building ongoing experience within the property sector rather than a short-term arrangement.
Full training in all compliance aspects will be provided.
This role would particularly suit a self-employed individual already working within a related field, such as:
* Property inventories
* Lettings or property management
* Property compliance services
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct mid-term property inspections at occupied rental properties
* Take clear photographic evidence during visits
* Complete structured inspection reports using provided software
* Identify maintenance issues and note compliance concerns
* Communicate professionally with tenants and managing agents
* Work independently while maintaining high reporting standards
Requirements
* Self-employed status (or willingness to operate on a self-employed basis)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong written communication skills
* Confident using a smartphone or tablet for reporting
* Professional and reliable approach
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
