Early Years Teaching Assistant – Morecambe

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Morecambe to recruit a dedicatedEarly Years Teaching Assistantto join their team this September.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general classroom support within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Assist with communication and language development through small group work and 1:1 support
* Help children settle into school routines and build confidence in the classroom
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to support individual learning needs
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with EYFS children in a school or nursery setting
* Knowledge of speech and language support strategies (desirable)
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or EYFS qualification (preferred)
