The Exciting Opportunity
We opened the first 5* Hotel in Liverpool, The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery, in May 2023, revitalizing this historic building. Our Heartists aim to create memorable, heartfelt moments, sharing stories from the past and immersing guests in our hospitality to craft their own magical tales. The hotel features 179 stunning bedrooms within a landmark of the city, with an iconic clock tower setting the rhythm of our story. Our facilities include various restaurants, bars, and a state-of-the-art spa sanctuary, offering guests a place to relax and enjoy their time.

What you'll be doing...
Supporting our Food and Beverage operations as part of the Kitchen Porter team, reporting to the Executive Chef. Your daily tasks will include:
* Carrying out cleaning tasks efficiently to support the delivery of crockery, dishware, and equipment, which are essential for our service.
* Ensuring food preparation areas and storage are clean and meet hygiene standards, following cleaning schedules.
* Unloading deliveries and storing products correctly according to procedures.
* Keeping storerooms and bin rooms organized and functional.
* Supporting the hotel’s sustainability initiatives through proper waste disposal.
* Working variable shifts and hours.
