Job Title: Tower Crane OperatorLocation: MaidstoneStart Date: 15th MayDuration: 6 monthsWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking tower crane operator, to join our client's team in Maidstone.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate the tower crane to lift and move materials, ensuring precise placement of loads.Collaborate with ground crew, engineers, and site supervisors to follow site plans and instructions.Perform daily inspections of the crane to ensure it is in good working condition.Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations and safety protocols.Monitor weather conditions and make operational decisions based on safety and efficiency.Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.Maintain accurate records of crane operations, maintenance, and inspections. Requirements:Valid Tower Crane Operator Certification (CPCS or equivalent).Proven experience operating tower cranes in a construction environment.Strong understanding of crane mechanics and operations.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints.A high regard for safety and a proactive approach to risk management.Ability to work in varying weather conditions.Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
