* Salary: Competitive, based on experience
* Contract Type: Full-Time, temp to perm
Your Role:
As an HLTA, you'll play a key role in supporting students and teachers across all key stages. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering support in classrooms across different age groups
* Assisting teachers in delivering personalised and inclusive learning
* Providing targeted one-to-one and small group interventions
* Helping to plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons
* Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress and development
* Contributing to a positive, respectful and inclusive school culture
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as an HLTA or similar role is desirable
* A genuine passion for education and student development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work proactively as part of a team
* Organisational skills and flexibility to adapt to different situations
