About the Role:
Provide tailored 1:1 support to help a child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Assist with communication strategies, including BSL, Makaton, or other AAC methods (Not essential) Implement individual learning strategies in line with the childs Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to adapt learning activities. Encourage independence while offering reassurance and guidance. Track progress and share key insights with the wider school team and parents. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment, following safeguarding policies.

Gloucester Individual Support Assistant Mainstream Primary ASAP Full:Time (8:30am : 3:30pm) 90: 105 per day (Depending on Experience) Enhanced DBS (or willingness )
