MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an Maintenance Engineer to join a growing organisation within the renewable energy sector, working on a biogas production site.
As an Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Liaising with Site Managers to deliver effective support on reactive maintenance tasks
* Maintaining all operational equipment including front-end processing, pumps, digesters, heating circuits and pasteurisation systems
* Supporting Biogas Upgrading Units (BUU) and Grid Entry Units (GEU)
* Managing and improving planned preventative maintenance (PPM) systems using FIIX
* Providing maintenance updates to Regional Management
* Supporting multiple sites across the portfolio
* Participating in out-of-hours support when required
* Delivering site improvements and refurbishment projects
* Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting
* Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
* Hands-on mechanical engineering experience
* City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
* Experience working with pumps, valves, conveyors, gearboxes, and mixers
* Knowledge of planned preventative xsngvjr maintenance systems
* Experience with mechanical to electrical conversion works
The package on offer for this position includes:
* A basic salary up to £44,000 depending on experience
