The Opportunity

Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of the CQC regulated domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance and quality
* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Coordinators, Field Supervisors, and Care Assistants
* Build strong partnerships with referrers, local authorities, and private clients
* Ensure care delivery meets the highest standards of safety, dignity, and respect
* Drive continuous improvement and find more efficient ways to deliver care
* Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational performance
* Foster a positive, accountable culture that encourages growth and teamwork
About You
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up in domiciliary care
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
* Strong understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry and care sector regulations
* Inspirational leadership style with the ability to bring out the best in people
* Commercially aware, proactive, and passionate about quality and growth
