These roles will lead our HR Operations teams, playing a pivotal part in shaping workforce strategies, supporting service delivery, and supporting key organisational programmes.The Principal HR Officer posts will support critical council and GCHSCP workforce programmes including equal pay, service transformational change, workforce planning and business as usual activity such as recruitment, governance and compliance in the consistent application of council policies, procedures and practices.
