This company work within the property industry, they have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join their team. This person will be working closely with another member of the team providing administrative support where required. The successful candidate will have previous admin support, strong organisational skills, good communication skills and someone who is a great team player. Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 6:00pm (Office based) Some of the duties will include: Providing administrative support to the Maintenance Manager Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments Maintain and update records accurately as required Processing purchase orders Monitoring compliance required for health and safety Assisting with data entry Supporting the preparation of monthly reports Keeping spreadsheets updated Providing administrative support as required The suitable candidate: Previous administration experience Experience within the property industry would be beneficial Strong level of attention to detail and good organisational skills Strong communication skills on all levels Keen to learn and develop skills Happy to be office based Must be within a commutable distance to Hendon Looking for the next step in your career?
