Corporate/Commercial Solicitor - 2-10 years' PQE Exciting hybrid opportunities with a leading Northern Ireland law firm I'm delighted to be partnering with a leading Northern Ireland law firm as they continue to grow their highly regarded Corporate team. Following a strategic review, the firm is now looking to appoint two Corporate Solicitors to join their busy and collaborative practice. These appointments offer excellent opportunities for ambitious lawyers seeking to develop their careers within a market-leading team renowned for delivering complex and high-value corporate transactions. The roles offer hybrid working, providing flexibility alongside in-office collaboration. The Role You'll work as part of a dynamic team advising a wide range of clients - from owner-managed businesses to large corporates and investors - on the full spectrum of corporate work. Key areas of focus include: Advising on and managing corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements (SPAs), investment and shareholder agreements, and other core transactional documents Supporting clients with corporate governance and related advisory matters Potential exposure to commercial contracts and cross-practice collaboration with other teams Candidate Profile The firm is seeking candidates with between 2-10 years' PQE. Transactional corporate experience (particularly M&A, SPAs, investment/shareholder agreements) is strongly preferred. Candidates with a primarily commercial contracts background but with some exposure to corporate transactions - and a genuine desire to focus more on deals - are also encouraged to apply, especially at the more junior end of the PQE range. A blend of transactional and commercial experience would be ideal, but transactional expertise is the priority. Strong drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills are essential. Why Join This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading firm where you'll benefit from: A collaborative, supportive culture and high-calibre colleagues Exposure to complex, high-profile transactions across diverse sectors Hybrid working, enabling a strong work-life balance Ongoing professional development and a clear pathway for career progression Excellent benefits package, including a leading salary and private health insurance For further information on this job, or any other Legal job in Belfast or Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Ciaran Gallagher for a confidential chat today.
