We are a fast-growing furniture rental startup specialising in staging prime properties for both the sales and high-end rental markets. Our curated approach enhances property appeal, accelerates transactions, and adds value for vendors, landlords, and agents alike.

Following recent success, we are expanding our team.


The Role


We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive referral growth and deepen our presence in the prime property market. You will play a key role in establishing and nurturing relationships with property professionals — particularly sales and lettings consultants — and be instrumental in building strategic partnerships that deliver ongoing value.

This role is for someone who is already trusted in the industry, understands the luxury property landscape, and has a network of contacts to bring to the table.


Key Responsibilities


● Leverage existing relationships with property consultants to generate qualified referrals.

● Build and maintain strategic partnerships with estate agents, property managers, relocation agents, and developers.

● Shape and execute outreach strategies that reflect your understanding of the property market and what motivates referrers.

● Work closely with our marketing, operations and design teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

● Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.

● Report on pipeline development, deal flow, and referrer activity.

About You


● You have 3+ years of experience in the prime property market (e.g. luxury estate agency, relocation, property staging, or similar).

● Alternatively, you’ve worked in a business development role for a furniture rental or staging company and bring your own network of property consultants.

● You’re already well-connected and respected in the property industry, with strong referrer relationships.

● You understand the language, pace, and expectations of the high-end market.

● You’re commercially astute, strategic, and able to go beyond cold outreach to form trusted partnerships.

● You’re proactive, self-motivated, and thrive in a startup environment where your ideas and contributions truly shape the business.
