Salary: £30 - £35k per annum

Are you an experienced Assembler with a passion for precision engineering Join our client's dynamic team, where you'll play a vital role in the assembly and quality evaluation of complex gear boxes and sub-assemblies. Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble, strip, and evaluate complex gear boxes and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
* Operate laser marking equipment and ensure part marking is executed accurately.
* Collaborate effectively with multiple departments to maintain seamless workflow and communication.
* Conduct thorough testing of assembled gearboxes to ensure functionality and quality.
* Maintain compliance with AS9100 standards and identify any defective materials or assembly issues actively.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role within an engineering environment.
* Proficiency with a variety of manual hand tools and conventional machine tools.
* Strong ability to read and comprehend complex engineering and assembly drawings.
* Experience with affixing electrical motors and basic wiring procedures.
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high quality in all aspects of work.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
