My client based in Biggin Hill are looking to recruit a Maintenance Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. You will be working with engineers and wider teams to arrange maintenance on equipment for clients. You will be joining a reputable team where attention to detail if rife, communication is perfected and organisation skills are a given.
Day to day of the Maintenance Administrator:
Complete weekly plans for maintenance on the equipment for the following week and possibly the week after.
Meeting with the wider operation teams to correlate equipment ensuring clients can use the equipment and find suitable replacement for those needing repairs/ maintenance.
Monitor resources and available engineers for what maintenance is required and allocate them to maintenance duties.
Monitor how each maintenance takes which will then perfect maintenance time tables.
Estimate costs for clients who own this equipment, ensuring you have attention to detail including all costs including labour per hour etc.
Communicate with clients to confirm pricing and arrange booking for maintenance.Requirements for the Maintenance Administrator:
Strong maths or economics A Levels.
Administration experience.
Bubbly and outgoing nature.
Strong attention to detail.
