Duties include
Supporting pupils within a mainstream setting with mild special educational needs including ASD, ADHD and / or SEMH
Helping children focus, communicate and improve their love of learning
Encouraging progress through consistency, kindness, and creativity
Gaining first-hand insight into inclusive, impactful teaching
Who You Are
A graduate (any subject considered) motivated by making a difference and supporting young people
We are looking to support Graduates able to demonstrate a patient, empathetic approach and strong communication skills
Work experience with children or young people is an advantage but not essential
