Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Londonderry, Northern Ireland

We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Londonderry, Northern Ireland for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This role is full or part time with 1 in 12 or 1 in 18 weekends. There will also be 1 night on-call every 2 or 3 weeks.

8. Consultations: 15 minutes
9. Team: 9 vets, 6 RVNs and 3 SVNs
The role
10. They are looking for a Vet who has a strong medical or surgical background. The role will involve a mixture of consultations and surgeries. The Vet will work closely with the rest of the team and provide a high standard of care.
11. Areas of special interest - up to certificate level will be supported.
12. Flexible working and rota patterns available to accommodate a good work / life balance. EG Rota to work around the school run / holidays /lifestyle.
13. The Vet will be responsible for providing a high standard of veterinary care and customer service.
14. The Vet will be responsible to ensuring that there is excellent communication between themselves and the team and with clients.

Package
28. Salary: Up to £63, pro rata, commensurate to experience
29. Holidays: 7 weeks annual leave, increasing with service and birthday off
30. CPD: Generous allowance of £1, with 5 days to attend
