Requirements
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be expected to deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence and play a vital role in leading and developing the team. The ideal person will have at least one year’s experience in a similar position and have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn.
Duties
* Ensure departments are meeting set criteria by confirming that all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
* Empower the team to handle all guest feedback, both positive and negative.
* Ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the food and beverage operation.
* Maintain company and legal standards for cleanliness within all food and beverage areas.
* Supervise, encourage and develop the food and beverage team.
* Deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence.
