Responsibilities
* Perform a range of treatments on guests from our treatment menu, majority will be massage based.
* Answer queries and book appointments, advise guests on suitable treatments.
* Ensure that the salon is appealing to guests.
* Actively work to help promote the spa.
* Upsell beauty products and treatments where appropriate.
* Ensure client confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
Previous salon experience is desired. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy is essential for this position.
Required Criteria
* Right to live and work in the UK
* Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy
Desired Criteria
* A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
* Previous salon experience is desired
