Agile Tech Delivery at Moorhouse
Our AD3 Service Line covers Advisory, Product, and Transformation, bringing expertise in Digital, Data, AI, and Delivery.
* Digital– Translate digital ambitions into reality, optimising technology landscapes and delivering innovative solutions.
* Data– Build the foundation for data‑driven decision‑making, including infrastructure, analytics capabilities and insights.
* AI– Adopt AI responsibly, defining governance models, piloting use cases and scaling solutions.
* Delivery– Move solutions from concept to implementation, managing complex portfolios and orchestrating each phase.
Working across Tribes and Guilds ensures all capabilities are integrated to solve the most challenging problems and create lasting value.
Essential Skills
Potential is key. We look for individuals who bring mindset, adaptability, resilience and leadership. You should be able to contribute to sales and business development, lead consultant/client delivery teams, motivate and develop junior members, and support the career development of a small group.
Experience
* Strong delivery and transformation capability, leading independent Agile workstreams, product increments, or initiatives within broader transformation programmes or large‑scale projects.
* Solid understanding of enterprise technologies (ERP, CRM, data platforms, cloud solutions) and how they support iterative delivery.
* Hands‑on experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with appreciation of product‑led approaches.
* Effective stakeholder management, working with senior stakeholders and C‑level environments to shape product vision and delivery outcomes.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, balancing structured thinking, product mindset and hands‑on delivery execution.
* Relevant certifications (Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) are advantageous.
* Contributes to a culture of sustainability and social responsibility with ethical awareness and responsible practices.
Essential Skills
* 4–6 years’ consulting experience, including Agile technology programmes/products.
* Experience in Agile teams: backlog management, sprint planning and incremental value delivery.
* Supporting and developing bids, proposals and propositions with an Agile lens.
* Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering collaboration within cross‑functional teams.
* Managing senior client stakeholders, including Product Owners, Sponsors and senior business leaders.
* Interest in contributing to Service Line development of compelling Agile propositions.
* Cross‑sector experience is valuable, but deep experience in a specific sector is also acceptable.

* Total cash package up to £80,000, base salary £64,575 and combination of personal and company bonuses paid every six months.
