Location: Wigan, WN4 Salary: £100 - £130 Start Date: September 2025 About The role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs. Support classroom activities and promote positive, inclusive learning. Work closely with teaching staff, the SENCO and parents to ensure pupil progress. Encourage emotional resilience, confidence and independence in all learners. The Ideal Candidate: Has experience supporting children with SEND (e.g., autism, ADHD, communication needs). Is nurturing, patient, and passionate about inclusive education. Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills. Has knowledge of strategies to support behaviour and learning.
