To achieve these goals, we seek a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Knowledge or experience in areas such as:
* Transformation of operational services in Adult Social Care or Health
* Achieving efficiency and savings in social care/health environments
* Managing change projects within Adult Social Care/Health or Commissioning
