The Tyre Fitter will assist members in selecting the right tyres for their vehicles and work as part of a team to install tyres following company procedures.
Responsibilities include:
1. Locating the member's vehicle, noting any damage, and preparing the vehicle for tyre fitting.
2. Removing wheels, replacing tyres, and ensuring correct air pressure and balance.
3. Reattaching wheels, performing safety checks, and completing necessary documentation.
4. Maintaining a clean work area and assisting with sales and stock management.
5. Supporting other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
* GCSE standard or equivalent preferred.
* Full, clean driving license.
* Willingness to undertake Michelin training.
