Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) - Agricultural Sector
Location: Near Winchester | Pay: £13.50-£16.50/hr | Contract: 6 Months+
Driver Hire Winchester is recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established client in the agricultural industry. If you're reliable, physically fit, and enjoy early starts, this could be the perfect role for you!
Role Details
* Location: Just outside Winchester (commutable from Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford & Southampton)
* Duration: 6-month contract with potential to go permanent
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am starts (8-10-hour shifts)
Your Main Duties
* Safely operating a counterbalance forklift
* Picking, packing, palletising, and wrapping
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* General warehouse tasks and manual handling
What You'll Receive
* £13.50 - £19.05/hour (PAYE OR PAYE ADV RATES)
* Weekly pay - every Friday
* Minimum 8 hours pay per shift guaranteed
* Onsite parking & full training provided
* Licence upgrade opportunities via Driver Hire Training

What You'll Need
* A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
* Your own transport to reach the site
* Previous forklift experience (essential)
* A strong work ethic and reliable timekeeping
* Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting
