Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 (potential flex) + strong benefits package + bonus up to 15%
Location: Manchester (Hybrid, 2 days in office ideally)
We are working in partnership employee focussed professional services firm (approx. 2,000 employees) to hire an HR Advisor to expert support across the employee lifecycle.
You’ll sit within a very collaborative experience HR team including HRBPS and other HR Advisors and work closely with an HR Ops team. They have a strong benefits package, and a reputation for treating their employees well, supporting progression and development.
This role has a key focus on supporting employee relations cases - performance management and advising on policies and procedures in an office environment.
This role would be perfect for someone who has strong HR generalist or advisory experience in a complex or regulated environment who can demonstrate strong relationship building skills and Employee Relations support experience.
Overview of responsibilities
* Support with employee relations cases
* Provide HR advice to managers where required supported on solutions
* Attend meetings and ensure policies are applied fairly and consistently
* Manage ER data, and produce insight that drives better decisions within human resources
* Support operational HR activity including contractual changes, TUPE, annual cycles and recruitment processes
* Collaborate with the wider HR function on project initiatives
What we're looking for
* Experience in an HR role, ideally within a regulated environment or professional services firm
* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
* Clear communication, great organisation and attention to detail
* Confidence using HR systems
* CIPD qualified is beneficial but not essential
