Registered Manager
This is a unique chance to be at the forefront of launching and shaping a new Ofsted-registered service for children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.

1. Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing:
8. You will lead and develop a new residential care home supporting up to three children and young people with complex needs
9. Build and shape a positive, therapeutic environment
10. Set and uphold high standards of care and practice, ensuring full Ofsted compliance
11. Work closely with a Consultant Psychotherapist to embed trauma-informed, person-centred support strategies
12. Oversee daily operations including staff management, rotas, budgets, health & safety, and care planning
13. Inspire, supervise and mentor a passionate team to deliver safe, nurturing and outcomes-focused care
14. Forge strong partnerships with families, professionals, and external agencies to deliver the best outcomes for each child
Who you are:
15. You’re an experienced, passionate, and compassionate leader who is ready for a fresh challenge
16. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
17. At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential care setting
18. A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
19. A proven track record of supporting young people with learning disabilities, autism or mental ill health
20. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills
