Job Title: Legionella / Water Hygiene Operations Manager
Location: Watford, London
Salary/Benefits: £40K - £65K DOE + Training & Benefits
This company is looking for an ambitious Legionella / Water Hygiene Operations Manager who can hit the ground running in the South. Applicants will need to have experience of optimising a company and exceeding profit targets. Doing various tasks such as putting together Health & Safety policies, staff management and attend client meetings. Experience / Qualifications
* Highly experienced working in the Legionella / Water Treatment industry
* Track record of improving company revenue and growing accounts
* Team player and able to motivate employees
* Able to work under pressure
* Up to date with latest Health & Safety legislation
* Effective communication
* Organising workload plans and day to day runnings
The Role
* Set policies, SLAs and KPIs for employees
* Oversee team members, subcontractors and suppliers
* Responsible for providing correct PPE and training employees on Health & Safety
* Creating budgets and set targets
* Carry out site audits and site visits
* Attend client meetings
