The person holding this position will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead. This is a site based role at our Hengoed offices. Requirements The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support Hengoed and other Norgine sites in Europe. • Manage and advise on all aspects of the ‘recruitment lifecycle’ including but not limited to: monitor the approval process, advise on job descriptions and adverts, prepare sourcing strategy and perform sourcing activities, co-ordination of the interview process, conducting competency based interviews, preparing candidate shortlist, maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers • Ensure that all recruitment is recorded and provide accurate talent acquisition reports and metrics • Keep accurate documentation related to candidate interactions and statuses that is in full compliance with all legal and internal requirements • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System, spreadsheets and teams' shared files. SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE • Ability to work at a fast pace, prioritise workload and manage multiple requests in an ambiguous change environment • Experience working with Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workable • Good team player, committed to personal and professional development • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High level of professionalism and integrity • Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus • Fluent English is required • Experience in administration, preferably recruitment • Understanding of recruitment processes • Good computer skills and IT Savvy Benefits Our benefits may vary per location.
