Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with additional on-call duties on a rota basis

Job Description
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for managing care coordination, ensuring that care workers are scheduled efficiently, and maintaining high standards of community care.

You will need to be an efficient, organised, and experienced Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing the best in community care, thrives on managing your rotas to an impeccable standard, and takes pride in building relationships with your care workers.
