Job Title: Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance Team Leader)
Location: Bangor, Northern Ireland
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 45 Hours Per Week (4 Nights, Mon - Thur)
Salary: £29,981 Total Salary + Overtime
As a Case Cleaning Team Leader in a supermarket setting, you manage a team of technicians responsible for dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling refrigeration units. You provide training on correct procedures, ensure safe use of chemicals, and oversee stock removal and replacement. It’s your job to coordinate tasks, maintain high standards, and ensure all work follows health, safety, and store guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Demerchandising & remerchandising of the refrigeration units.
* Manage and supervise the Case Maintenance Technician team.
* Ensure refrigeration case maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales.
* Work to support the achievement of company KPIs.
* Create remedial reports for each PPM and notify the Ops Lead of tasks for action.
* Collaborate with company and customer colleagues to maintain laid-down quality standards at all times.
Qualifications / Experience
* Experience cleaning or maintenance in the retail industry is essential.
* Prior experience supervising small teams is essential.
* Full driving licence is essential.
