Field Sales Executive

Join Bionic – the UK's leading business comparison and switching service – as a Field Sales Consultant. In this role you will drive commercial success by sourcing and converting new business opportunities within your territory, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and building long‑term relationships with small‑business owners.


About the role

As a trusted advisor you will engage customers through consultative conversations, represent Bionic with professionalism, and collaborate with pricing and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions across energy, telecoms, and insurance.

Interview process

* Initial interview with Talent Acquisition
* Interview with Regional Sales Manager (role‑based competency questions and a guided task)
* Field‑based observation session – approx. 2‑3 hours in the field


About you

* Passion for engaging with people and helping small businesses thrive
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Self‑motivation and results‑driven mindset
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
* Willingness to learn and grow through training and feedback
* Experience in field sales, customer service, or similar roles (beneficial but not essential)
