Customer Support Engineer
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join a team revolutionising bank-to-bank real-time payments utilising blockchain tech.
In the past 5 years this Google Cloud Award winning team, have built up a complex infrastructure using hybrid GCP and Datacentres, Python, Linux and Blockchain. They have used this to achieve FedRamp, ISO 27001 and SOC certifications, while scaling their asset base.
As a Customer Support Engineer, you would be joining an existing hands-on Customer Support and TechOps function that is instrumental in supporting a global client base of Banks. This team remains deeply technical, not just responding to queries, but actively improving processes of automation, monitoring and application deployment.
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer who has:
* Strong experience in a hands-on engineering role, with a focus on Linux
* Python ability that goes beyond scripting
* Use of ansible for automation
* Working experience in SQL Databases and Infrastructure monitoring systems (Nice to have)
* Experience in either Blockchain or Fintech environments (Nice to have)
