The role of the Support Worker is to assist single women with complex issues. You will be involved in the day to day support of service users. This is a women's service in the RCT area, focused on housing support. The service is funded by the Wales Housing Support Grant (HSG). You will carry a caseload of service users / clients. Undertake safety planning (MARF, SEREF, MARAC). Complete needs and risk assessments. What do we need? Someone with excellent experience gained within the housing sector (charity, local authority etc.). A great support worker. A good understanding of Health and Safety and safeguarding processes. Drivers licence with access to your own car. Good knowledge of the services and organisations across the local area. Able to manage a caseload.
