About the Role
The primary focus of this role is to provide a robust administrative, finance and marketing support service for the Supported Housing service provided by the Nottingham On Call and Independent Living Team.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience of Finance Systems and processes including management of direct debits and Debt recovery processes and practices.
2. Ability to remain self-motivated whilst effectively managing a diverse workload under pressure to meet specified targets and deadlines
3. Proficient in the use of all Microsoft applications (word, excel PowerPoint) and be able to prepare comprehensive written reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
4. Excellent customer care skills and understanding of the role that this plays in improving services and performance for our tenants and leaseholders
5. Demonstrated firm but fair approach to managing customer services and relationships, whilst maintaining a professional attitude
6. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
