The Role The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Finance Department ensuring accurate credit card and expense postings plus general support to Accounts Payable and Receivable functions. Principal Responsibilities * Manage the Group’s credit card process ensuring statement transactions are posted in a timely manner * Expense claim processing * Analysis of transactions * Assist with purchase ledger * Developing and improving processes to achieve best practice * Assist with sales invoicing process and credit control * Ad hoc requests for information or support The Candidate The successful candidate will have had experience in a similar role with good attention to detail and strong communication skills.
