Business Development Manager – North / Scotland
Location: Northern England / Scotland
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 + uncapped commission, car/travel allowance, excellent benefits
Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing

* Prospecting, pitching and closing new business opportunities
* Building lasting relationships with bodyshops, distributors, and decision-makers in the automotive refinish sector
* Growing market share and exceeding ambitious sales targets
* Representing a well-respected brand with the backing of industry-leading products and fast delivery
* Working independently across a vibrant territory with the freedom to make your mark

What We’re Looking For

* A proven track record in sales or business development
* Tenacity, resilience, and the drive to outperform targets
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Self-starter attitude—comfortable working independently across a wide region
* (Bonus) Existing contacts within the automotive, bodyshop or coatings industries
