Onboarding Administrator Location: Coventry (Head Office) Pay Rate: £13.12 per hour Contract: 6 months Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm Morson Talent are recruiting for an Onboarding Administrator to join the recruitment team at Severn Trent. This role will play a key part in supporting new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and compliant candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Support the recruitment team with candidate screening and onboarding administration. Conduct and process Right to Work checks and other pre-employment compliance. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with candidate information. Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to provide clear communication throughout the onboarding process. Assist with offer letters, contracts, and other new starter documentation. Ensure onboarding activities are completed within agreed timelines and in line with company policy. What we're looking for: Previous experience in administration, HR, or recruitment support. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
