Job Description Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship – Tweenies Day Nursery Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 2 Childcare Apprenticeship at Tweenies Day Nursery, Evesham. Childcare isn't the easiest thing to arrange, so let us take that stress away from you. Tweenies Day Nursery has been a leading nursery school in Evesham since 1986. We aim to make your child's experience of nursery a fun and exciting one in which they can build confidence in themselves and their individual abilities by learning through play. We have three rooms – ages 3 months - preschool room helps your child (36 months to 5 years) We pride ourselves on having a very low staff turnover and this reflects in how happy and settled the children are when they are here. They are more comfortable when the same faces are there each day to greet them. We have a bright two-story building which is perfect learning place for your little ones, we have an enclosed outdoor baby garden especially for them, and we have a large garden for the older children. We also have good transport links around the nursery. Your duties and responsibilities will include; Learning the role of a key person for a small group of children Support the key workers and shadow their daily routines Working with a group of children babies to 5 years of age Working as part of a team Liaise with parents and update them on their child’s progress Input with the daily routine and curriculum Assist with setting up and implementing the daily activities Assist with all aspects of personal care Assist at mealtimes And responsibilities to safeguarding the children in their care They are looking for someone with a sound knowledge of the EYFS and who is willing to become a Key Person. This person is able to create a safe and stimulating environment with the ability to observe plan and support the children with their learning.
