*About the Role*: As a Registered Manager at Nottinghamshire County Council, you will play a crucial role in supporting the most vulnerable children and helping them reach their full potential. You will lead a team at Caudwell House Children's Home, a mainstream provision for children and young people aged 10-18, providing a safe, nurturing, and homely environment.

* A strong understanding of the Children's Homes Regulations and the Ofsted inspection framework.
* Proven leadership and management skills in a residential childcare setting.
