You will: have a track record of excellent teaching and improving outcomes for all pupils have experience of planning and teaching within either Nursery or Reception be confident with the Early Years Curriculum be confident and familiar with the statutory assessment and reporting requirements in the Early Years Foundation Stage have the ability to provide the right level of nurture and challenge to enable pupils to make the transition between the Early Years curriculum and the demands of learning in Year 1 be an innovative practitioner who engages with current research and practice promote high expectations of your pupils, colleagues and yourself be a team player with strong communication skills and have experience of working collaboratively.
