M&E Asset Manager | Commercial Building Services | 45-50K + 5K Car Allowance | Hybrid Working
Due to increased contract demand, we are actively recruiting for an M&E Asset Manager to join our team based in Hull, working on a hybrid basis. The M&E Asset Manager will be dedicated to a client contract with a large site in Hull, overseeing Building Services equipment across a large corporate and manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the asset lifecycle of Mechanical, Electrical (M&E), and HVAC plant equipment within Building Services on-site.
* Optimize efficiency of assets and systems across Building Services in line with ISO 55001 best practices.
* Lead asset surveying and CAFM data upload projects.
* Audit asset maintenance and management activities.
* Assist with the development and implementation of the company's Asset Management System, along with processes and procedures.
* Lead the application of risk-based maintenance methodologies.
* Use data analysis techniques to highlight and inform site-based asset/contract managers of performance and data quality issues.
* Monitor planning and reporting strategies using computerized asset management systems, evaluating and developing sustainable solutions for underperforming assets.

* Base Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 + 5,000 Car Allowance.
* Hybrid Working: 2-3 days per week on-site.
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm.

Requirements
* Experience in asset management, surveying, lifecycle management, customer service, and change management.
* Experience with CMMS / CAFM systems.
* Knowledge of standards including SFG20, BSRIA, ISO 55001.
* Experience in Facilities Management within Commercial environments and Building Services Systems.
* Understanding of statutory legislation related to maintenance and safety practices.
* Preferred: Institute of Asset Management Certificate or Diploma.
* Preferred: HND / HNC in a relevant hard services discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, etc.).
