Front of House Assistant/Receptionist
We are looking for someone to join and complement our growing team in providing excellent front of house experience for our patients within the dental healthcare sector.
You will be responsible for:
Booking appointments
Answering phone calls
Following-up patient appointments
Taking payments
Cashing up
Meet and greet patients to practice
Opening/closing of practice
Responding to answer phone messages
Triaging patients over the phone
Hours: 40 hours per week (Occasional weekend shifts may be required)
The Gallery Dental and Implant Centre, established in 2010, specialises in dental implants and smile makeovers as well as receiving referrals from other dental practices. Dr Balaji is known for his lecturers in bone augmentation/dental implants. Meadow Walk Dental Practice (Est 1988) a family orientated practice offers general and cosmetic dentistry, both practices are recognised and well established in the historic market town of Buckingham under the umbrella of the Gallery Dental Group. You will be a proactive, motivated individual who is well organised with excellent communicating skills to put the patients at ease as well as being well presented and providing a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
Experience in customer/patient facing role (Desirable)
