We are searching for a Product & Support Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of high-quality cyber security products. This role involves managing the customer support inbox, capturing valuable customer insights, and ensuring documentation and internal processes remain clear and up to date.
Working closely with the Head of Product, the successful candidate will help ensure that customer feedback is captured, organised, and translated into actionable insights. This is a hands-on entry-level position offering excellent exposure to product operations and strong progression opportunities for someone looking to build a career in product, technology, or operations.
Responsibilities
* Managing and triaging the customer support inbox to ensure timely responses
* Ensuring all support queries are acknowledged and resolved efficiently
* Organising and categorising support tickets to maintain clear tracking and reporting
* Identifying recurring issues and patterns within customer support queries
* Compiling regular summaries and reports of customer feedback and support data
* Supporting the Head of Product with research, coordination, and administrative tasks
* Writing and maintaining clear internal and customer-facing documentation
* Assisting with the preparation and distribution of release notes and product updates
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure support issues are resolved effectively
* Following up on actions and ensuring key product tasks are completed
