The Role
You will oversee the day-to-day restaurant operation, ensuring impeccable standards of service, team leadership, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency throughout every service. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a quality-led environment and genuinely loves hospitality.
Responsibilities
* Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
* Delivering exceptional guest experiences consistently
* Managing service standards and daily operations
* Supporting recruitment, training, and staff development
* Driving wine and beverage sales
* Managing rotas, staffing levels, and labour control
* Maintaining excellent communication with the kitchen and senior management team
* Ensuring high standards of presentation and professionalism throughout the restaurant
About You
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior restaurant leader within a quality-led environment
* Strong food and wine knowledge
* Passion for hospitality and guest experience
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
* Commercially aware and operationally organised
* A genuine team player with a positive attitude
