Technical Manager – Multi-Platform Experience Required - Permanent


Technical Manager with strong mechanical knowledge of Vestas, Siemens, and Nordex platforms is required to oversee UK-wide operations in a permanent role with our client.


Location: UK Wide

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum

Start Date: ASAP


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead day-to-day operational planning and scheduling.
* Perform turbine maintenance and repairs on Nordex, Siemens and Vestas platforms.
* Manage parts ordering and ensure team readiness.
* Lead, mentor, and support technicians.
* Ensure health & safety compliance and prepare RAMS.


Requirements:

* 4+ years in wind energy.
* Strong mechanical knowledge of multiple turbine systems.
* Previous experience as an Authorised Technician/Engineer – troubleshooting & repairs.
* Proven leadership and organisational skills.
* Customer-focused with strong communication abilities.
